I want to start getting my daughter's school supplies and aren't sure where to get her school supply list. This is her first year in public schools so this is still very new to me.
If anyone knows where I can find the GISD Kindergarten school supply list, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Check out this link. Just beware that most of the schools in Garland have their own school supply lists. This should help you get started though especially since it is a brand new school.

Call the school because they have pre-packaged supplies for each grade. Something you should know: some schools take all the supplies at the beginning of the year & mix them up, then hand them out, so if you get your daughter cute folders or pencils, some other kid might end up with them. We learned that the hard way.

Hi N....my name is D. and my daughter is going to be a sophmore in high school this year. I can't even remember when she was in kindergarten. You can go into any Walmart and when you first walk in depending on how the store is set up...you will find a stand that has the different grades and schools with their supplies needed. I hope that this is helpful for you and I want to wish you good luck on your daughter's first day of kindergarten.
