Disney Cruise?
I will keep thinking!
We have about $2k in our budget for a family vacation. We typically go to the beach but looking for some suggestions on "where" to go. We could go anywhere our budget allows us to.
Thanks!

Call a travel agent and see if they can come up with anything for you.
Also, cruises can be so inexpensive if you don't care where on the boat you stay - you're never in your room anyway! Cruises are a win-win for everyone because of the camps that will allow you some down time with your hubby.
There are some fantastic last minute deals to the Dominican Republic right now for March and April. Check out cheapcarribean and you'll see all the deals for the DR and other places.
How about Vancouver Island? I just love it there. You could kayak one day with the kids, go on a whale watching trip, hike, camp (or not) and explore the charming little towns. It's so beautiful there. I'd love to go again.
We're thinking of doing a road trip to the Grand Canyon. :-)
Perhaps consider a place you haven't been. West Yellowstone. The Adirondacks. Washington DC. Alaska. San Antonio.
There are so many amazing places in this country...check out the sites for road trips...often other families will post their trips on these sites and you can research and see the best places to go.
Last year we stayed in Missouri. We went to Bennett Springs, which is a beautiful spring where you can go trout fishing. We stayed in a cabin right near the river and the kids played all over the park.
