My daughter will be turning 4 in Jan. We've always had her birthday party at home, but I would like to do something different since we will be inviting more children this time. We had my 3 year old son's bday at Boomerang's in Plano in September. Kids from ages approx 2 to 7 had a great time. The venue just opened in August so it was the first time for many of the kids to go there which made it even more fun for them. we're doing my son's 4th birthday at ASI Gymnastics in 3.5 weeks. he loves the trampolines and such. it's at rosemeade and midway.
Jump Town USA on 15th and Independence (S. Plano) is lots of fun for my 20 month old, and kids of all ages seem to really love it. It's a bounce house place - 10 different bounce houses inside w/rooms for birthday parties. http://www.thejumptown.com/
