Where to Have Party

I know that there have been other posts about this, but is there some place I am missing? We have about 50-55 people for my sons 2nd birthday which is in November. I checked out the park district and I really didn't like the facilities. I think he is too young for a Chuck E. Cheese party or anything along those lines. I don't have enough room in my house for all those people. If I do have it at home I will end up having 2 different parties and I really didn't want to have to do that either.
I was just wondering if there were any facilities that are in Lombard or close by that are nice, and don't smell nasty!

We had my daughter's birthday party at Gino's East in Naperville on Washington St/87th. They have two private party rooms which have a door separating them. You may be able to use both rooms. No deposit/charge for room. The servers were very accomodating. We had appetizers, salad, pizza and soft drinks. We brought our own cake. Enjoy!

I was in a similar position for my son's first birthday party where there are many young cousins. We went to Rain Forest Cafe in Woodfield Mall - it is about a 30 min drive from southwest burbs, but it is worth the drive. The kids loved it!

I was also considering the jungle room at Romeoville Park District. Elk Grove Park Distict has a carousel room where you bring your own food, but the carousel is running the entire party - very neat room.

Depending on how much you want to spend....you could have the party at Spaghetti Warehouse in Aurora on route 59 and route 34.
Starting price is $11.50 per person and the other 2 plans are $13.50 per person and $15.50 per person....tax and tip are included. There is also no deposit for the room. I just had my twins 2nd birthday party there and it was excellent.

Have you looked into renting a VFW hall? I think you bring in your own food ( as they have kitchens to heat & keep food) I think that'll cut down on the costs a bit.

The Bowling Green in West Chicago on Roosevelt Rd. We had my lil cousins party there & had a blast. They put up the bumpers & had this contraption that the lil ones can just put the ball on top of & they really got a kick out of watching the ball go down. The party was cheap & because we had it on Sunday, We were able to stay an extra 2 hours because that's their slowest day. When you book a party ask to have Pat work it. She's a very nice lady who adores kids. There's also a party room downstairs that accomodates up to 100 people. Bowling alleys usually smell like smoke but this one smelled like yummy citrus fruit. Good luck, We had a blast & Im sure you will too.
