A children's place is good for jeans. They are not expensive and come in all different cuts and styles. They have those tabs on the inside that you can pull in and loosen if need be and you don't need a belt! Good luck!
Hi Mammas,
I am looking for some wide jeans to fit my toddler. She is on the "fluffy" side and needs jeans that have a wider waist, or are adjustable and jeans that are wider in the thigh area. Do you know of any good stores that I could find some jeans similar to those specifications? Thanks for your help!!

I second Hana Anderson. My girlfriends have a daughter who is "fluffy" and VERY tall for her age. She must outweigh my 6 year old by a good 30lbs. (they are both 6). She has always been chunky and they have only bought Hana Anderson. Plus, the clothes are adorable.

I believe that Gap, The Children's Place and Gymboree have adjustable waist jeans. Also, Lucky 7.
Sears and the Gap usually have bigger sizes. Also, you could probably find some on eBay. Have you searched the internet? That's probably your best bet. Good luck!
Do not get jeans from The Gap, or The Childrens Place. They are pretty narrow through the legs. Last Fall/Winter my then 1 year old could not wear anything but leggings or dresses because we could not find anything to fit her where she could actually bend her legs to walk, or bend over without falling because they were so tight. A few months ago my MIL found he a pair of jeans from Kohls they are Sonoma I think, they fit her so well, I plan on buying a few more pair in that brand. They have nice wide legs and have the adjustable waist.
Hello
I didn't get jeans but did buy corduroy pants from Mulberribush.. you can find their brand online at places such as cwdkids... I used to buy these pants when my son was small (they have all colors and girls can wear them too)
My son being on the husky side, it was VERY difficult to find pants that fit the thigh area and those pants worked like a dream. you pay up a bit, but it was so worth it... esp since I couldn't find pants at regular department stores..
They may have the pants listed under boys.. but don't worry.. you cant tell the difference.. they have red, blue , green , brown.. etc etc..
it's a really good site. I used to buy pants and other things from them all the time..
best of luck
Depending on her age, you could go for "months" vs T. 24 months are wider than 2T. JC penny sells Arizona and just last night my SD remarked that they seemed wide.
Crazy 8 which is a division of Gymboree.
Hanna Andersson has VERY roomy pants. They are expensive, so you might want to take a look at Ebay, if you are on a budget.
Lands End is also a good choice. Maybe OshKosh overalls?
