I did yoga while TTC and throughout both my pregnancies. I just had to take it easy early in my pregnancies due to terrible "morning" sickness and fatigue. I also had some bleeding at about 6-7 weeks with both pregnancies and took a couple weeks off then. I agree with other posts that it made labor easier, but it also helped with discomforts of pregnancy (swelling, etc.) and made me feel more comfortable in my ever changing body. I also agree with the post about letting the instructor know you're pregnant or TTC so he or she can help you with modifications if you're not already familiar with them or use prenatal books/cards/videos at home.
