I had the same experience with Abigail's Avenue. I did not receive my order for over a month. When I contacted them three weeks after I placed my order, it took 4 days to receive a reply that simply stated "I'm looking into it." The order finally arrived and there was no apology for taking so long. Also, I've noticed that her prices are very high. You can find the same items on Amazon for $15 less which happens to be the exact amount that all of the discounts from Plum District, etc. are offering. I'm not impressed with this business and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.

I can't even speak to the quality of the product as I have yet to receive it. I placed an order February 2 and expected it to arrive in the 7-10 day window. I just received notice yesterday (a month later) that it has finally shipped. When I contacted them a week ago about the delay they blamed it on snow. After a month's delay there has been no mention of a refund or credit.
