Celeste assisted me with the birth of my son, Victor. Our planned doula was unable to make it, so having already known Celeste, we agreed to have her be with us. We couldn't have been happier! She was very intuitive to not only my needs, but also to my husbands. I was focused on myself and my body and from my perspective, I always noticed her as a gentle, loving presence helping to ease Vic's birth. My husband told me that sometimes she was there with a suggestion, encouragement and even a back rub for him. Other times, she was quietly around, knowing that he and I were working together and it was her turn to rest and let us work. Neither of us felt she was overbearing, nor did we feel neglected.
We did not plan to have a birth photographer, but we welcomed her camera. When we saw her pictures, we were totally awed at her ability to capture the moment. I don't ever remember a camera there! Others can look at the pictures and understand the feel of the moment. I believe they were the most beautiful birth pictures I have ever seen!
Celeste was a key person in my birthing team and helped me have an amazing, pure birth that was as unforgettable as my son!

Celeste and I have both worked together as doulas and she attended my second sons homebirth. She was extremely knowledgable and encouraging. I would love to have her attend another of my births!

Celeste was my doula for my second of five births (four of them at home). She is easy to talk to, a good listener, shared information and research with me so I would be better informed. I highly recommend Celeste.
