Welcome to Silly Monkeys Childcare & Kindergarten Readiness Program in Newark!

Licensed small family childcare facility will be accepting infants (newborn-23 months), toddlers (2-5 years), and school-aged children; I offer a sibling discount. *Preschool program offered for children 2.5-5 years old

Qualifications:
*Master's Degree in Child Development
*CA Credentialed Teacher (Kinder/1st grade experience)
*Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies: Elementary Education (with a minor in psychology)
*Licensed by the state (License # 013421070) with TB test & background check, certification in CPR, First Aid and Preventive Health

I have a passion for children, which is why I have dedicated my education and career to teaching and caring for them. I have a 1-year-old daughter, so I know how important it is to find the RIGHT childcare provider/preschool teacher. I am highly qualified and have had many years of experience with children. It is extremely rare to find a childcare provider with a master’s degree in child development. I know exactly what your child needs for their social, emotional, physical, creative, and cognitive development. Because I have been a kindergarten teacher, I also know how to get your preschooler ready for kindergarten!
