We just moved into a house in Melrose, just north of Boston, and we need a bunch of wallpaper removed and walls paint...

See all 4- get a sprayer and fill with HOT water and vinegar.. the smell is awful, but soak the walls (score them first with a scorer) and the wallpaper will come off very easily.
