How Long Does the Teething Symptoms Last?

I have a beautiful 7 month old little girl. The last 10 days have been awful. She developed a temperature, runny nose, and lost interest in eating solids. 37 Weeks Pregnant with a Bad Case of Diarrhea

I am currently 37 weeks pregnant and I have had a case of diarrhea for approximately 1 week or more. No other signs or symptoms. I am curious if anyone else had diarrhea or anything similiar before going into labor. This is my 2nd pregnancy but unfortunately, last time I delivered at 36 weeks, so I didn't go full term. I did ask my OB MD and he wasn't to concerned. Just wondering if anyone else had a similiar experience or opinions, etc. I have heard that moms can have diarrhea before going into labor.....
