Medela Regular Nipples

Help! We have all of our Medela bottles ready to go for our daughter, but I threw out the nipples because I wanted to buy new ones. Well now all I can find are WIDE base nipples which don't fit the regular old Medela bottles. Has anyone else run into this problem? And how did you solve it? Looking for a Good, Durable Bottle Brush - Any Advice?

I have been using the Munckin bottle brush, but the sponge on the top rips off in just a few uses! :( I then bought the Munchkin Deluxe bottle brush which doesn't have a sponge on the top, but the problem is that it's too wide to fit into my Medela bottles. If anyone can suggest a good, durable bottle brush which isn't super expensive, I'd love to hear from you.

Sterilizing Bottles and Such

How old were your babies when you stopped sterilizing the bottles and pump stuff? We have a steam sterilizer that I use for everything, I BF so it's mainly pump supplies and the occasional bottle, but I was just wondering when others stopped and just handwashed or ran things through the dishwasher. NOTE: I'm not looking for an explanation of why sterilizing isn't necessary, just when others that did use them stopped. It's quick, easy, and it makes me feel better!
