Toddler Getting Enough Sleep?
Hi moms! I'm hoping someone has some advice for me. My youngest son is about 21 months old. When we stopped giving him a bottle (about a month ago), we've been having a hard time with his sleep. He used to wake up pretty early, and after having a bottle, would fall asleep for a couple more hours. Now, he wakes up around 5:00am and refuses to go back to sleep. He'll lay in his crib calling for me - getting louder and louder. He usually goes to bed between 7 and 8. We've tried adjusting his bed time... that didn't work. He takes about a...
