Seeking Moms to Be That Have Been Diagnosed with IUGR

At 37 weeks pregnant, I was diagnosed with IUGR (intrauterine growth restriction). The placenta is not working properly making the abdomen to be smaller then what it should be. At 37 weeks, he weighed in at 4 LBS, 12 oz. and he's breech...I am going to have to have a c-section at 39 weeks if he doesn't turn. I am wondering if anyone out there has been diagnosed with this and what was the outcome when the baby was born. Thank you for any feedback
