7 Month Old Waking up Crying

My daughter is 7 months old. She began sleeping through the night at 12 weeks - I thought I was lucky. Right after she turned 6 months, she began waking at odd hours of the night, crying. I've tried letting her "cry herself to sleep" but that never works. Crying turns into screaming, screaming turns into gagging. When I try rocking her back to sleep, she falls asleep immediately. As soon as I lay her back down in her crib, she starts screaming again. No sign of a tooth breaking through yet. She's got a night light and gets plenty to...

Dirty Teddy Bears!

My now 2-yr. old received her fair share of teddy bears over the last 2 years - most of them are WHITE! Adorable, but what were they thinking?! Can anyone share their experiences/success stories with just throwing them in the washer? This is dirt that cannot be dabbed off :) Thanks!!

18 Mo and Not Eating

Hello everyone! I am desperate for some advice or other opinions. I was inspired to write in from reading the request and responses to Chantel's question. My daughter is 18 months old. We have only fed her pureed foods since she has had problems swallowing (she would gag and throw up with new textures.) But, with the help of a speech therapist, she has made great progress. She can now eat thicker, pureed/mashed foods with lumps and has proven to me that she can bite off and chew just about anything else. The problem is, she won't. I...
