My 5 Month Old Can't Soothe Herself to Sleep
My daughter has always had difficulty going to sleep, we had to swaddle her, run the water in the sink, use a pacifier and rock her in my arms all to fall asleep. She also used to get up at least 2 times a night to nurse. Now at 5 months old she has come a long way, she now sleeps in her crib without a swaddle, but still needs minimal rocking and her pacifer to fall asleep, but spits it out soon after.
