Recommendations on Travel Boosters/high Chairs

I am wondering if anyone has any portable/travel high chairs or boosters that they just love! I am looking to have a good, versatile chair that we can easily take with on trips and when eating out at restaurants/pub/etc that may not have safe high chairs. I bought the Fisher Price booster and Chicco clamp on, foldable travel chair, but can't decide on either one. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks

13 Month Old Eats a Lot (It Seems)!

I was wondering if I should be cutting my son off or only giving him a certain amount of food at meals. He is a big boy (27 lbs at 12 mos)and has been since birth. I feed him until he seems like he is done or the amount of food I think he would eat, but then he gives me the sign for hungry. (And he does know that it means hungry, he's not just doing it for fun.) I will ask the doctor at his 15 month but wanted to get some of your thoughts.

Help - How to Clean House with a 6 Month Old Who Hates Being Put Down?

We relocated not long before I got pregnant so have no family or close friends for thousands of miles to help watch him. I was on bedrest for months before the birth so things started to pile up even then. Fast forward to 6 months later and our little guy just hates being put down in his crib or in a swing for more than 10 mins. During his naps I try to be quiet and not make much noise so as not to wake him and usually it's my only chance to eat while he sleeps (his naps are usually short, anyways). Our apt is so messy, chaotic and dirty...

Wondering What Kind of Bottles to Buy

I am planning on breastfeeding, but I work, and will also have to use bottles. I am wondering what kind are the best. I know I want BPA free, but I'm not sure what's best with the pump and all of that. I'm going to be a new mom in February.

2 Year Old Still Chewing Everything

My almost 2 year old (will be 2 in a week) still chews on everything!! I noticed about 3 months ago that this was not normal as most of his peers had already outgrown this. I didn't worry figuring he'd still outgrow it...just later. But now it's affecting his schooling. He got "demoted" from his new classroom because they work with small objects and they are scared he'll choke! It's terrible because I know and they say he's mentally ready for the next class...but this chewing thing keeps him out. Furthermore, he was having small...

Seeking Advice Regarding Febrile Seizure

Hello, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience w/ their child. My older son-5, had his first seizure the day after Christmas. Turns out he had a double ear infection along with a fever. The hospital told us it was very commen and just a febrile seizure. Has to do w/ the rapid increase of fever in a short time. Then they let us go. I was extremely frustrated. Then our pediatrician said it was more uncommen to have this type of seizure this late in age-usually having the first years earlier. So he suggested an EEG. Well...

" My Preschooler Will Not Sleep in Her bed..HELP!"

My daughter will not sleep in her bed. Every night she comes into my room and sleeps in my bed! I have decorated her room to the design & decor she chose. I even got her a new bed and that still did not work! I have tried asking her what is wrong why she won't sleep in her bed and her answer is always "because I just can't". I have recently tried to use the bedtime routine chart with stickers and all and she just keeps waking up at 3am and comes into my bed and sleeps!!!! HELP!!!! What am I doing wrong? What else can I try?

PLEASE Help!! 14 Month Baby and I Need to Sleep Through the Night!!

Hola dear parents! this is my first time writing on here. I need help especially from those of you who went through something similar. At this moment I'm in the bathroom and doing everything in my power not to cry. My baby is 14 months and I've been breast-feeding on demand (day and night, as you can imagine- against most people's opinion). I have no problem waking up every hour and a half but now everyone is telling me that it is really unhealthy for my baby to be waking up THIS much (usually he sleep from 8-11 (maybe 12) and then...
