Hello everyone, I'm looking for honest opinions about the weight watchers program. I'm trying to loose about 50-60 pounds gradually(not a fad diet or anything unhealthy). Lately I"ve seen many weight watchers commercials showing good results, but I'm not sure if there real or not. Has anyone joined weight watchers or know someone who has? Hey guys, I'm so excited!! I found out I am pregnant. But I'm keeping it on the down low from everyone because I miscarried last time and just want to play it safe again this time. My ob/gyn suggested that I consider taking a weekly shot (17a hydroxyprogesterone caproate) to prevent preterm delivery since I delivered my first son 4 weeks early and was on bedrest for about 3 weeks prior. I was wondering if anyone else has taken it. I was not given much info about it, my ob said that we would discuss it at my next checkup.
