Weaning from Breastmilk to Regular Milk

I would like to know how to wean my 1yr old daughter from breastmilk to regular cows milk. I made an appointment with her pediatrician for next week for her 1yr checkup but I would like to start the process of weaning being that it may take some time. I've always had problems pumping milk, I can only get 4 oz. per day & it only will express if my baby is feeding from the opposite side! Refusing to Take Pedialyte

My son is 8 months old and is vomiting. I have tried giving him different pedialyte flavor drinks to help reduce dehydration, but he is refusing to drink them. He did take a bottle but unfortunately that came back up after an hour. What can I give him instead or is there another way to give him pedialyte to ensure he stays hydrated?
