Scared After Baby's Death
My husband's co-worker had a son about 3 weeks after my youngest daughter was born. He passed away last week, apparently due to SIDS. My husband didn't do as much interacting with our daughter as I would have liked him to prior to the baby's death. Now, he is paranoid whenever she falls asleep. He hasn't slept much the last several days because he is always checking on her. He is scared to go to work and have her away from him. It seems like he feels completely helpless now and is trying too hard to prevent something that isn't preventable....
