There is a great resort in San Antonio. Hyatt Hill Country. We went for our 25th anniversary. Its wonderful. We also went a couple of years ago for the 4th of July. Love it!!!

We love fine wine and great dinners. Del Frisco's, III Forks, Ruth's Chris, Lawry's Prime Rib, Oceanairre, just to name a few.
Historic Adolphus Hotel with the French Room, Anatole, Omni, the W, Crescent.
Uptown area is good for patio dining and people watching.
I'm all about good restaurants and hotels but no help with fishing.
