Get the discharge in his eyes checked ASAP. It could be conjunctivitis aka an eye infection which is highly, highly contagious and needs immediate treatment. The fact that he feels warm would lend towards an illness rather than allergy, but you really should take his temperature so that when you call the pediatrician to make his appointment for tomorrow you can give them as many details as possible OR you can take him to Urgent Care.

Allergies, do not cause fever.
Fever, indicates illness.
Runny nose/cough/eye discharge... are also cold symptoms.

Take him to the Doctor.
To get a proper, diagnosis.

Guess he is getting a cold. Allergies do not cause a fever.

Allergies don't come with fever! If he has a fever he is sick.

allergies. i also think he may have a cold on top of it. give him some benadryl (1/2 tspn). it should help dry him up.

Sounds like a cold, possible induced by allergies. My son used to have seaosonal allergies, we learned that some of the foods he was eating were the underlying cause, and once we removed that, his seasonal allergies have disapeared. But since you say he is warm, he could be sporting a cold. My daughters cold have been so bad that she had gook coming out of her eyes.

Good luck.
