i would get a cream for at night and remind her that she needs to wipe or she will have sores there. also have her soak in the tub every night to rince the area. when my daughter starts to get red i will take a baby wipe and clean her myself
My daughter has a rash and is getting raw down there because she doesn't wipe down there. What would you all suggest using? Should I just go get some diaper rash stuff from store?

It is essentially a diaper rash...
Remind her that babies can't wipe themselves, and that mommies and daddies have to do that for them, otherwise they get a diaper rash... Don't say this to humiliate her, just explain what is happening.
However, since she is a big girl, she needs to do that so she doesn't get sore.
I would also get her some alcohol free flushable wipes for her to use... that will do a good job in helping wipe off the urine. (Alcohol free, since it would burn using anything with alcohol in it.)
Also..... be careful about soaking in the tub... especially with bubbles... some kids can be very sensitive to the bubbles. A short bath wouldn't hurt, though.
Aquafor. The doctor told us that young girls between 6 and 9 frequently have this issue. She said limit bubble baths, use Cetaphil soap, teach her how to clean (certain types of toilet paper break apart down there when wiping and can cause an issue) and to use Aquafor after using the bathroom. It has helped a lot.
Yes. This happens to my girls from time to time. I just put some diaper rash cream on her before bedtime and the next morning she's fine. I actually remember this happening to me when I was a girl and my mom putting A & D ointment on me!
I agree with the below good advice.
one more product to consider -- weleda's diaper cream with calendula.
