Are you breast feeding? If so, that could be it.............I would think you would be regular again if you are not breast feeding.........

If you don't have anything in May, and you're not breast feeding, I would see a doctor......

Take care.......

Remember that stress can cause your period to stay away too! Try not to worry, although I know that is really hard, and just wait a bit longer. If you had a negative blood test you're probably not pregnant. Also, you are using precautions, but condoms are not 100% and if he's not wearing a condom 100% of the time he's inside you, there could still be an issue with leakage. If you aren't ready to get pregnant yet, you should probably be on a more reliable form of BC. There are things you can get if you're breasfeeding. Go back to the doc if you still don't get your period by the end of this month.

Because your baby is so young, it could be hormones, especially if you're breastfeeding. I'd wait a little bit and then retake the preg. test. Ask your doctor. Good luck to you!

You can breastfeed straight through a pregnancy with no harm to your nursing baby, and if you want you can continue to nurse both children as long as you are first meeting the second baby's needs.

You might not have regular periods yet, so if your tests are negative for now, continue to eat healthfully and "act" pregnant just to be safe (keep taking prenatal vitamins, which you are probably on for nursing anyway), avoid alcohol, and use a menstruation chart. I took a pregnancy test every month after each of my children because I did not have periods for almost/over a year, was on the mini-pill, and did not want to be surprised. If you still aren't regular and have any other signs of pregnancy, test again or see your doctor.

It takes a solid year for your hormones to return to "normal" and for your cycle to become regular again, especially if you are breastfeeding. If multiple tests are negative, then I doubt you are pregnant.

It is possible you are skipping a month.

it can take months (years for some) breastfeeding mom's to get "normal" again with a cycle. milk cannot get "bad", it can taste slightly different for the baby during hormone changes. breastfeeding can cause early miscarriages sometimes, natures way of regulation i think, most likely you aren't back on a regular schedule yet.

Even if you are not breastfeeding your period could be irregular. After I stopped breast feeding with my son, but before i went back on birth control I was incredibly irregular. And i realized that i had either been pregnant or on the pill for the last 11 years. I had no idea what my "normal" cycle was. Trust the blood test. Relax and enjoy your beautiful child.

If you become pregnant while breatfeeding the milk isn't bad for your son but will change flavor to encourage him to ween himself. Its alot of work on your body to be pregnant and make milk.

Nothing is wrong. Relax. You never missed a period. Your body is still
going thru changes from the birth of your son.
