I would contact your doctor first, but is does sound common. My pediatrician gives me a brochure with every vaccine. All the side effects are different. Some spike a fever 1-5 days and some are as much as 7-10 days (specially the chicken pox vaccine). she may be reacting to more than one of the shots. If the Tylenol is not working try Motrin, I have found Motrin more effective that Tylenol and it lasts 6-8 hours instead of 4-6. good Luck!!

Wow, six shots? That seems like a lot for a 14 month old...

Regardless, I would call your pediatrician and make him/her aware of your daughter's fever. She could be having a reaction to one of the vaccines, or she could have an underlying infection that is causing the fever.

Hope your little one starts feeling better!

Call you dr. Any fever that lasts over 5 days, requires further investigation.

I'm going through something similar. (Only there arent any shots involved) My daughter is on day #4 of a pretty high fever. We already saw the dr once, but if it doesnt break my tomorrow morning, the dr wants a urine sample and blood work.
Fevers are a sign something isnt right. And if you are worried, CALL THE DR!
Good Luck!!!

I would definitley call your doctor, just to be safe. Most vaccines that I know of can have side effects for a week and sometimes longer. Also - maybe next time - don't let them give so many shots at one time. 6 sounds like too many to me, but that's just my opinion. You have the choice whether you want them to even be innoculated, they can't amke you do it. Just ask them to space them out a little bit more.
