Hi All,

We have been switched to Metlife for dental and I have to find new dentists for both myself and my kids. Hoping someone else has this insurance and has found a great pediatric and/or family dentist? I'm in Elgin but willing to travel at least 20 mins (I was actually traveling 45 mins for my last pediatic dentist)

Thanks so much in advance!

Hi, A.! Do you have MetLife PPO? I am the Office Coordinator at Leix Dental in Lakewood. We are a General Family and Cosmetic Dental Practice located right next to Lou Malnati's. We are in network with MetLife PPO and would love to have you and your family as new patients. Check us out at www.leixdental.com or give me a call at ###-###-####.

We have Metlife Dental Insurance. I go to Century Dental in Huntley off Rt 47. Love them and it is covered 100% by insurance. I don't take my kids there yet but they are a family dental practice and do take kids. My kids are 5 and 3 and have been going to a pediatric dentist in Schaumburg called ABC dentistry. They do take Metlife insurance but it is only covered 80%. I highly recommend either of these 2 places. Not sure how conveniently located they would be for you though.

I switched to Dr. Zgoba in Fox River Grove because he has biolase. That is a machine that uses laser for pain control. No shots and no pain and no feeling of the anesthesia wearing off. It was great! I googled biolase and then searched through the dentists that use it to find one close to me who was in my insurance network. I live in Crystal Lake but there may be someone else closer to you.
