Anyone Use These OB Doctors in Brandon???

Not these, but I do have a wonderful recommendation. I have been seeing Dr. Jerry Stein at Tampa Bay Women's Care since I was 16. Going on 11 years now. When I was pregnant with my daughter, now 3, I became even more appreciative of their offie and the GREAT care that they provide. My pregnancy was a breeze, thanks to them and, of course, God's blessing. There are about 6 doctors in their practice, which means you can always talk to a doctor, any time, any day. Very reassuring when you are a first timer. Their main office is in Brandon, but they have Tampa, Plant City and a new Lithia location. Convenient to just about anyone. No, I have not used any of those Dr's. My doctor was Dr. Stephen Zweibach and he is great. I really liked him. He'd take the time to listen to what I wanted or any questions or concerns I had. Also his staff was great and very friendly. Since I am diabetic. I had to see him once a week from the beginning then it was twice a week. They really became my family.

Not personally. I think Dr Blocker is the chief at Brandon with a lot of experience. I have a friend who uses him, but she says he does not have the best bedside manner. Good Luck.

I'm currently searching for a new OB/GYN, too. One of my good friends uses Dr. Blocker and has nothing but good things to say about him. I haven't heard anything about Loving Miracles though. Welcome to the area!

I had both my 3 year old and my 7 week old with Dr. Blocker and have been happy with him. He's really a very good doctor in my opinion. He's recieved a top doc rating through my insurance. He was chief of staff recently at Brandon Hospital and is currently on the board of staff. His practice is just him but I like that because I see only him and not 2 or 3 different doctors. His staff is also very friendly and courteous which is also important to me. He has another doctor that he alternates weekends of being on call with, which I've heard good things about also, but have never personally met. As far as his bed side manner goes, his personality does take a little getting used to but he does listen to me. He's not rude just not very sociable. To me the fact that he's extremely knowledgable and is on the cautious side is more important. Hope this helps! Good luck with everything.
