It works great for me for yeast infections and fungal infections. Anything else I don't know.
You have to buy raw apple cider vinegar with the "mother" like Bragg's brand or else it won't work.
Has anyone personally seen any benefits from drinking apple cider vinegar or using it topically (for acne)? There are some people who swear by it and others who say it does nothing... so I am just curious... I was told that it helps digestion and curbs hunger but some sites claim tons of other benefits. Any thoughts or personal experiences?

My FIL will drink half a cup apple vinegar a tablespoon of honey(just to help the taste) and half a cup of water to help with muscle cramps. I've never tried it personally but he swears by it. As far as acne I haven't heard anything but what the heck its cheaper than some things.
Best Wishes!
Raw apple cider vinegar takes away my acid reflux. It's like putting out a fire! I always have my cupboard stocked with it.
I also mix raw apple cider vinegar with raw honey in warm water to soothe a sore throat.
I love apple cider vinegar. It does so many great things! I take it for digestion, it is great for a yeast infection, I take two tablets every morning for acid reflux, and it is a great natural antibiotic. When I start to get a sinus infection then I drink it and it clears up fast. Drink it three times a day for bacterial vaginosis. I know people rub it on a yeast infection on their face etc...... There are really a lot of benefits.
Other than using it in making a good vinaigrette I wouldn't bother drinking it. Your natural stomach acid is plenty acid enough.
It's great as a foot soak or in the bath or rinsing your hair.
I use it in my henna mix for my hair.
My skin and scalp loves it.
Aztec-secret has an amazing mask that uses raw apple cider vinegar that works great on acne. There are also studies that it helps with diabetes, prostate cancer, and weight management. It really is up to you to find out the benefits. Everyone reacts differently what works for one person might not work for you.
I did it. It curbed my hunger a little, but mostly made me constipated and stop doing it.
I use it, when my digestion doesn't work right, or I ate some fatty foods that make me want to throw up.
Thanks to apple Cider Vinegar, my digestion now works right, and I no longer have to use it very often any more. It has a HUGE amount of digestive enzymes we could all use to digest our foods. Of course, if you have a lot of stomach acid, this wouldn't be good for you. Another benefit of sour items such as Sauerkraut, olives, pickles, and apple Cider Vinegar is that they promote healthy bacteria growth in your gut.
It has helped me with acid reflux which for me was caused by a LACK of stomach acid.
If I were you, I would make salad dressing with it, using an equal amount of olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon. You can also add basil, and/or dill. Much better for you than store-bought dressing, which is full of preservatives and sugar.
By the way, it also helped my sister when she was having awful digestive problems, as well. In my family we tend to lean towards to little digestive enzymes.
My only complaint is that I hate to take it by itself. It tastes awful. So it's definitely MEDICINE - but I only take it when I have to. If you plan to incorporate it into your diet, I would suggest using it in salads.
i tried taking it in warm water daily after hearing all the benefits. it was just too gross.
i keep braggs raw apple cider vinegar always for use in various dishes. i think it (and raw honey) certainly do have benefits, although i'm not at all convinced they're the miracle cures often claimed.

My son had a wart on his hand that would not go away for literally 8 months. 4 days after putting apple cidar vinegar on it, off it came!
I tried just taking a tablespoon a day for awhile for other reasons. It really upset my stomach. So, if you are going to try it, don't take too much at first.
My best friend tries this one time. I had always heard that it was good for everything inside and out. You can drink it to ward off stomach bugs, help aid in digestion . There are more but I dont even know 'em all. When she drank it all she did was throw it back up. So, honestly I dont know if any of it is true. I know my few farm folk friends over in Idaho swear by it. I am not sure what all they use it for either. My thoughts always go back to my best friend calling completely nuts once she drank it.
I find better digestion affects from eating raw, unpasturized honey than dealing with vinegar. When it comes to acne, Mary Kay's Velocity is what's helped me out.
Apple cider vinegar and honey are two things that are supposed to have great health benefits.
The uses of both go back many ages.
While not everything you may hear is true, it's one of those things that trying can't really hurt you. I use vinegar in deviled eggs, cole slaw. It's never harmed anyone I know.
As for some claims, I can't speak to that, but vinegar surely has many, many uses.
There was some research (I think out of Arizona) that showed there were very few benefits to consuming apple cider vinegar. If you trying to lose weight, cure acne, get rid of gas, cure cancer, or whatever, it's not going to help. The one surprising thing they found was that it _might_ help to regulate blood sugar. So, if you have diabetes or are pre-diabetic, you might try it.
Other than the fact it's not particularly pleasant to consume on its own, it probably won't hurt, either.
