I need help losing about 15 pounds. I am a stress eater and life has been stressful lately. I just need to find something that will suppress my appetite and I know I could lose the weight. Does anybody know of any diet pills that will do this?

Like I mention to another response earlier. I have some friends and a family member that took these products and worked for them. My sister lost about 5 pounds on her first week and just walk for about an hour every other day when she could. Cleaning around the house really did it for her.

I read in First magazine (still on store shelves) about a diet pill that some swear by. It is called Curvelle. It is made of just a few ingredients such as, Elderberry Extract, Raspberry Ketone and Cinnamon Extract. It claims to not only help curb your appetite, but to improve skin tone and strenghten hair. It seems like a really easy way to lose weight. If you want to skip taking pills and the cost of them, I would suggest snacking on lots of raspberries and sprinkling cinnamon on toast or anything else cinnamon goes with. Also, excercise should always be incorporated into your diet. Even if it is going for a brisk walk or walking on a treadmill 30 minutes a day. I have tried everything from dexetrim to slim fast to south beach frozen foods to trying to just watch what I eat. Nothing seemed to work for me.
A few months ago my mother bought me the starter kit for the alli program. In the 4 months I have been on (skipping about a month and a 1/2 in between due to lack of time and $$$) I have completely changed the way I eat and have lost almost 30 lbs.... I love the recipes I have in the separate book I bought to accompany the diet/fat blocker pills.

OK I am on these diet pills called Adapex. They worked great when I was younger. But this time around they have worked cause I've been working out. Im 32 and lost 15, but I still need to lose another 15. There are only certain Dr's that will give them to you. Im in Flower Mound and I know a Dr here and in Hurst that will give them to you.
