I am pregnant, and this time (husbands request) we are not finding out what the gender is. Its kind of exciting in a way!:) I love to plan so it is a little hard for me. However, we have a girl name, but can't decide on a boy name. I would like something that starts with a J, has two syllables and could go well with Paul as the middle name. Any sugestions? I do like creative less used names as well, but I am willing to concider anything! Even names that don't start with a J. I am over halfway, and usually have the name all decided by now:)
I love Judah, but my husband wount go for that one,
I like Jericho, but it has 3 syllables
I like Jude too, but it only has 1.
Any ideas?
Thanks!
E.
P.S. I know it is silly, but I don't want to name him exactly my husbands name, but I want it similar sounding. My Hudsbands Name is Jared Winn, so I want a J wtih 2 syllables and middle with one. If that makes any sense.:)

I'm not a fan of Jericho, Judah or Jude, and although I'm typically not a fan of 'made up names', I do like what someone else said 'Jalen Paul'. I like the name Jay if he decides to go by that down the road. Judson isn't bad either, but there are way too many Jackson's, Jared's, Jacob's, and Jaden's right now.
My main reason for posting though, is to give you this cool web link for names. It's 'interactive', so you just start typing the start of a name (start with the letter J if you like), and see what pops up.

Cool names! I think Jethro might be fantastic. A few others might be Jago (Scottish version of James; pr. JAY-go), Jasper, or Japeth (JAY-feth). I'm sticking within this narrow band of 2-syllable biblical rock-star sounding names, but I can give you a much longer list if you want.
P.S. My second son, if I'm ever blessed with a second son, will be named Josiah Lev, Jed for short.
Justice
Jonah
Jacob
Jarod
Jaden
Jarrett
Jason
Jasper
Jaxson
Jensen
Justin
Jesse
Jerome
Joseph
These don't fit your requirements but...
Matthew James or Matthew Charles
Michael Andrew
I know you have a girls name but I must give one of those too...
Cheyenne Nicole
I like Judson, it has the j but it also has the d sound like your husband's name. That or Jonah, although Jonah seems to be a little more popular right now.
What about Judson Paul? And if you like to shorten names, call him Judd.
Jacob, jackson, jasper, joseph, Justin, Jonah, jagger, Jamie, Jeremy, jason, jenson/jensen, jesse, jordan, judson, and I really love Jameson, even though I know it's three syllables, also like Blake, Ryan, Jonathan, Tyler, Maddox, Alex, jake.
Jason, Jackson, Jared, Jonah, Jarett, Jamison (has 3), Jacen, Jaden, Jagger, Jarek, Jarman, Jerom, Joseph.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head;) Congrats on your new baby!
Jaden, Jackson, Jeffrey, Jordan
have you thought about more common names like justin joseph or jason
Jerome (boy) and Jasmine (girl)
I love the name Jude! I really like Jericho, too. I'm sorry, but why do the amount of syllables matter? Jericho Paul sounds really nice together :)
Jackson Paul? I love that name! Good luck
I have two adorable nephews whose names are Jereth and Jaden... :)
I can't believe I didn't see it on any of your other suggestions, but we named our son Jalen Paul. We also have a daughter Jayla, so in a pinch when you go through your kids names, Jay works for both of them.
Hello,
For my kids, we used mine & their fathers names. See mine is C. Ann & their dad is James Leslie, so my daughter is Leslie Ann (our middle names) & our son is James Cassidy (our first names w/the male version of C.). You might think about using part of your own name for the new baby.
I came up with Jason it flows well with Paul. I also thought of a name that rhymes with your hubby's middle name for a middle name & that name is Lenn. So you could have Jason Lenn.
Like you I like the uncommon names, since my is one.
Names that begin with J are hard to come up with & just have 2 syllables
Hope this helps.
Be sure to let us know what name you decided on.
Congrats & best of luck,
C..
Jason? Joseph? Jackson? Jeffrey? Jeremy (okay, 3 syllables, but goes well with Paul)? Juvan?
I'm pregnant too and if this would have been a boy, he would have been Joseph. I think it is a great name for all stages of life- Joey is cute for a little boy and Joe or Joseph are strong names for a grown man. I know it is a traditional name, but I really have only ever met a couple of Joe's in my life.
