Hello wonderful Moms!
My daughter is planning a bachelorette party for her friend. They are both conservative Christians. Anyone have any ideas of a fun place to go locally ? They will not be having alcohol .
Thanks and blessings!
Sincerely,
C. N

A fondue restaurant or fondue party at home is also a good bachelorette party. It takes a while to cook the fondue and it gives you all an opportunity to talk while you are cooking. The Melting Pot and Simply Fondue have locations across the metroplex depending upon where you live.

Hi C.,
The party could start with a personal shower, lotions, pampering kits, etc. then move on to a nice dinner place or somewhere fun like Dave and Busters. A game night of fun and sharing might also be great to add to the suggestion of a PJ party....maybe the personal shower incorporates into a PJ party with fun and games at home....after a nice dinner somewhere! Select the bride's fav restaurant for the dinner....make it into a surprise shower could add a little twist as well.

Have fun and best of luck to the Bride to Be

What kind of activity are you looking for?I am Christian. We went dancing at the Glass Cactus. It was great!

What about massages/facials or manicures/pedicures at a spa? Maybe even afternoon tea? After all, bachelorette parties don't have to be in the evening and they don't have to involve drinking or sex-related activities. It should be a time for girl friends to bond and have fun. They could always see a "chick flick" at the local movies or even have a "night in" - like a pajama party.
