Yes, your sons should be in white. because of their age/size there may be a couple options, but white suits/tuxes are the normal attire. You should wear a nice dress and your husband should dress up (no jeans).

My son was baptized in the Episcopal Church when he was a little over 1 and I put him in a light blue one piece suit/jon jon w/ dress shoes and knee socks. I think if it is something dressy he should be fine and a white type of outfit would be appropriate.

I don't know about Anglican Churches so my answer can only be about my own experiences. I have seen many baby dedications in churches of all kinds over the years. They usually wear gowns similar to Christening gowns. When the child is older then they have usually worn white dresses. When children go to the LDS Temple they also wear white. I think if your husband wants them to wear white then it would be totally acceptable. But if you want to make sure you're not committing a faux pas then ask the clergyman that will be doing your Baptism.

We are Presbyterian and baptised three of our 4 children in a white Christening gown, but they were all three and four months at the time. My son was 6 and we had him dress in a little tuxedo type suit from Sears. It was near Christmas.
I think in an Episcopalian Church little white outfits would be very normal.
For you I would wear a nice dress, somthing you would wear to an afternoon wedding and your hubby should wear a suit.
