I purchased my son's baptism clothing from J.C. Penny at Oakland Mall. However, that was almost 4 years ago but I'm sure they continue to seel them.
I purchased a outfit for my son last year at Macy's. They also had a section at JC Penney.
Many religious supply stores also carry baptismal clothing. Catholic Supply House on 12 Mile Rd. just east of VanDyke in Warren. There's a store (name is escaping me) on Garfield in Clinton Twp.
Someone already suggested Connie's in SCS. They have a nice selection, too.

You can try For Kids Only in Oak Park @ 9Mile and Coolidge. They carry dressy clothes and it's getting close to Easter so I'm sure they are already stocked for that. I don't know for sure if they have Baptism clothes but it's a place to try.
