How about a gymnastics party. Kids like to jump in the foam pit and on the trampoline. Crawl over obstacles etc. I'll suggest the gym we attend but any gym could do. We go to Raleigh/Cary School of gymnastics.
I'm looking for suggestions on places to hold a party for my son's 7th birthday. I'm new to the Raleigh area and really need the help. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

a few suggestions: bowling is always a popular party for kids this age. We go to Pleasant Valley lanes off Glenwood. Pump It Up is an extremely popular party place for kids of all ages (near Airport, or in Wake Forest). The Natural Museum downtown Raleigh has a great party plan, it's a bit pricier. And Jellybeans is a great skate party. Raleigh Grande theatre off Lynn Road has a nice party room if you want to do a movie. And with a movie theme, Raleighwood Theatre is unique and has a great party package. Hope any of this helps!
You could check out Frankie's Fun Park near Brier Creek. A GREAT place and since it's relatively new it's still very clean and the attractions are in great condition. There are outdoor activities as well as indoor attractions. The restaurant there is also very good so you don't have to stomach amusement park food if you don't want to. Website is http://www.frankiesfunpark.com/. Good luck and welcome to the area! I'm sure you will continue to love it here. My husband and I are from CA and we think Raleigh is the best kept secret in the U.S.!
Hi T.,
We are planning on having another B-Day at Chhuckie Cheese on Capital Blvd. My daughters B-Day is 7 days before Christmas as we went there last year and all of her friends hada blast. She wants it there again this year.
Good Luck
