We went to whirly ball for my birthday it is on 15 mile between gratiot and Groesbeck, we had a blast. The men and women all loved it, it is a litle pricey. For a different entertainment, the hazel park race track is fun, it is fun to bet on horses and you can have dinner and drinks in the club house or enjoy a nice evening outside, they have fixed it up alot. That is located on 10 mile and Dequindre. There is also a train but I can't remember what it is called off hand, but they do mysteries and serve a delicious dinner and drinks, that was fun. If you are interested in that I could try to find the information for you and get back with you. Good luck.

There is a Comedy Club in Clinton Twp but I don't remember the name. Also, Bath City Bistro in Mt. Clemens has feather bowling. It sounds weird but is actually really fun. You can rent a lane, get pizza, order drinks. Have fun!

There's a comedy club on Groesbeck called Chaplins and one in downtown Royal Oak (I think it's called Mark Ridley's or something like that). Comedy clubs are fun. I know you can do dinner and drinks too.

I love the Melting Pot (fondue resturant) in Troy. There are usually 20% off coupons in the mail and their website has great specials.

This would have to be for someone who really enjoys fine food and wine, but I think that the best restaurant in metro Detroit is The Lark. It's in West Bloomfield, and its a little European styled place. Very upscale and different from all those chain places (even the nicer ones). For someone who loves food, you can't go wrong.
