I am very well endowed and until recently did not find a sports bra that was supportive enough for me. I just ordered another one of these bras today! I LOVE it! You can find it online - I just searched "Rosa Faia Active 5521" - came right up.
hello all
I am size 36 D or 36 DD, havent got back to my original size.. yet. my son is almost 3 years old.well, I go to exercise(jazzercise), there is lot of jumping involved. what is the best bra, for those exercises.
i wear regular bra, and then exercise shirt with bra, and then the regular shirt, i still feel my boobs bouncing a loot.. sometimes I think i can't do lot of juming, and then not be able to get the maximum advantage of the exercise, and am still not loosing all the weight.
Please, let me know which is the best bra to wear?

Enell makes great sports bras for well-endowed women. Not cheap, but very supportive and worth the price. You can find their website by Googling "Enell sports bra" and look up where to buy them in your area or online.
I am a 40D and have found the best sports bra is made by Moving Comfort. Before that I used to just buy ones that were one or 2 sizes to small and smash the girls into it so as not to bounce all over the place. But this bra has become my go to. As others had stated, it is not cheap but maybe you can find it on sale. But well worth the investment!
OMG! Finally a bra question I can answer! I share your size and personally hate bra shopping...so I have a lot of questions that I can't answer:( Anyways, Niko made a sports bra a few years back called the Nike Revolutionary Women's Sports Bra. It's hard to find and not cheap, but well worth it for me (36D).
I never jogged because of my size and not finding a sports bra that wasn't overly constricting or simply didn't work. But in this bra I could jog and feel comfortable. My back didn't hurt and nothing feels like it's going to bounce out:)
I love my Natori underwire sports bra. I bought it at Nordstrom, and they have wonderful bra fitters there.
I am also a 36DD I have a bra I bought from Gaiam it is a Glamorise unwired support bra and does great for me during highimpact exercise. I do not know if they still carry it but it is a place to start.
I am rather small in size, so I can't recommend a specific bra, but there's a catalog/website out there called Title Nine (www.titlenine.com) that focuses on athletic wear for women. They have a bra-finder tool that can match you up to the right bra for you. I remember seeing a bra in a catalog (can't remember which one, sorry) called "Damn the Torpedoes" that was designed to minimize bouncing in larger-cup-sized women. I think you definitely want a sports bra, not a regular one, for your exercise class.
Please don't worry that you haven't gotten back to your pre-pregnancy size. Even if you lost all the pregnancy weight, there's no guarantee that your breasts would go back to the size they were before. Pregnancy really does a number on your body. I've heard that you should be fitted for a bra every time your weight changes significantly.
I am the same size as you and in the last year I discovered Wacoal bras and they are pricey but they are simply the best most comfortable bras I have ever worn. My bra used to be the first thing off when I walked in the door followed by a huge sigh of relief. Now I wear it right up to bedtime and don't even notice it. The sports bra I wear every day and it has enough support so I've given up underwires except when I'm dressing up. I love them.
My favorite is the 'Cuz She Says So', because I'm a big fan of underwire sports bras (the uniboob bugs me)... but there are many different underwire styles. That one just happens to be my fav. There are also many non-underwire styles. Title9 is the BEST place for sports bra shopping, period.
You need a jog bra or certified exercise bra! I've worn many over the years and purchased some that are quite expensive, but the best I've found are Champion brand. You can get them at Target and elsewhere, and they're not expensive. The best style for me (C cup and floppy) is the racer/T -back style with a lot of coverage in front -no dips of V styles in front. Get the proper size, but it should fit snugly and firmly. Don't put it in the dryer -let them air dry. They're a lycra blend and constant drying damages the elasticity. Other than Champion, Patagonia brand in the same style is really good. REI has great sales on them this time of year. You may also want to check out Title9 sports -go to their website. They have an extensive collection of exercise bras and they rate them depending on how much support they give for what size boobs. Whatever you do -quit wearing a regular bra! You need a lot more support when exercising!
Also the same size as you, and use Champion (underwire) with the adjustable hook & eye closure in the back (i never liked pulling the sports bra over my head). I usually get them at Kohls, about $36.
In my experience, they are perfect for jogging.
I say a sports bra. If you find a comfy one, there will be no discomfort on your shoulders, but it will keep those babies safe and sound with little to no movement! Good luck!
