B.C.
My brother and his family vacation there every few years and love it. I've never been but want to go.
What are your thoughts on Branson, MO for a family vacation (3-4 days)? Our kids are 6, 3, and 1. Thanks! Any better suggestions within 3-4 hours of Kansas City?
We had a fantastic time in Branson. We stayed at Castle Rock (a hotel with a waterpark), spent a day at Silver Dollar City (tickets were only $30), and rode the Ducks! We will definitely go back!

When we took our kids these events weren't available or even there but our grandchildren enjoyed them, plus the bumper cars on the main road, etc. There is so much there you really need to plan ahead well to get it all in.
Silver Dollar City and White Water are in Branson and we loved it as kids. I grew up in Springfield, so we used to go every once in a while. The outlet malls are great too.
The creeks are fun to swim in. Bear creek is off 65, quite a long drive down...and we lost cell reception there, buy it was great.
Its fun! We usually stay at Table Rock and head for Branson for the day. Lots of stuff to do.
Well, I grew up there and I am amazed at how much it has changed, but we vacation there every year with our two kiddos. We love Table Rock lake for skiing/wakeboard/fishing/boating. There is a great "beach" called Moonshine that is picnicky and managed by the Corp of Engineers (clean, clean, clean) also the Grand Country Inn has this incredible water park (indoor and outdoor) that is free if you stay there. The rooms aren't extremely lavish, but for your family who will be at the pool or out doing things - perfect and clean (can you tell that is a thing with me).
Silver dollar city is great fun for all the kids and has rides and areas suitable for your younger kiddos.
Perfect drive from KC, too!
