We took our daughter there about 2 years ago (so she was almost 3.) She had a good time, but there wasn't alot of 'activities' there for her to do. Mostly we ate and walked around looking at stuff, watching the 'shows'. She did have fun though.

We actually go to the renaissance faire every year! But we only go with adults. There's really not much to do for a toddler and everything is outside. I have a 2 yr old and 5 month old, and I don't bring them. My friend brought their one year old last year and he just stayed in the stroller. It's also outside so there's lots of room for them to run around, but with all the people, it may be tricky keeping them in one place. Even though there aren't really any activities, there's no reason why you couldn't bring your child. The joust show may be fun for him to watch. We just prefer to go for a day by ourselves to get a break! Good luck and have fun!

There isn't much there for toddlers, more for older kids. My husband and I went last summer when I was pregnant and had a really good time. Your toddler would be able to get a face painting, and would probably have fun watching the jousting match. Other than that, most of the activities are geared for older kids, 6 or 7 and up.

We haven't been in a couple of years, but we are planning on taking our 19 month old.
I went on their website and they did have activities for kids. Check it out.

We took our son last summer when he was three. We got him a little knights costume (sword and shield). He really enjoyed himself. There is an area where they can play with small boats in the water that is really fun. There is also an area where they can dig in the sand and find treasure. There are lots of things to see and do. He had so much fun he asked to go again this year.

It's expensive to get in, and there is probably not much for your toddler to do at all, except eat.
