Buying a New Mattress

We needed a new mattress after moving back to the US and leaving our mattress in storage for 3.5 years. We ended up getting a sleep number bed and we LOVE it!!! I have my side much softer than my husband does, so we are both happy. Before, I was waking up with aches and pains every morning (I'm in my mid-30's) but not anymore :)

I have purchased two mattresses in the past. They were both bought from Mattress Giant. The first was in FL and the 2nd was in Plano or Frisco. What I like about them is that you can actually negotiate the price. My husband was in disbelief when I saw a $1500 set and told the salesperson that I like that set and I want it delivered and I don't want to pay more than $1,000. They did it! I didn't like Mattress Firm. I don't remember if it was their selection or if they wouldn't haggle. I just know from experience that they want to sell you a bed and you don't have to pay the price on the tag.

We bought out mattress and one for our daughter from SE; they were excellent. We purchased a Temper Pedic and it was one of the best decisions of our lives! We love our mattress. Now my son needs a new mattress and we will be going back to Sleep Experts to buy it. We used the location in Keller near North Tarrant and 377.
