Hey Moms,

I am looking for some locations that have cookies with Mr and Mrs Claus or story time with Mrs. Claus or any other activities similar. I know that Watters Creek had many activities last year, but it doesn't look like they are offering them again this year. I am interested in any and all locations in the DFW Metroplex.

Also, what area do you all go to look at Christmas lights?

Thanks and Merry Christmas!!

One of the best places to see the Christmas light displays in Dallas is Highland Park. Check out the link below for more information

Watters Creek has a ton oc things going on. Check their webpage. They send out blasts on FB for a lot of things.

Check the Plano and Allen Park and Rec center activities. They usually have Mrs Santa things.

I saw Mrs Santa with Santa at Willow Bend Mall last week. Village in Allen has a lot going on as well.

Northpark Mall is great for activities.

Carriage rides are fun for lights. When daughter was smaller, we would go to ride the carriages in Highland Park and have hot cocoa.

I live in Arlington. I know one of the rec centers here is doing a breakfast with Santa thing on Saturday, and they do crafts, etc., there. We go to Prairie Lights in Grand Prairie. It is a drive thru light exhibit, then there is a tent with hot cocoa, etc at the end. I think they also have a laser light show there. Cost is about $15 per car. We are planning to go see ICE at the Gaylord Texan, but that is a great place to go walk around even if you don't see the show. You do have to pay for parking, though. We went to downtown Grapevine for the first time this past Saturday. Wow! They have done a great jot and it is well worth a visit to get you in the holiday spirit and do a little shopping. I would like to go back, if possible, at night because there were lights everywhere. They were playing "reindeer games" at one of the parks, and my kids really enjoyed that. Interlochen, of course, is a great place to go see lights, but really crowded. I usually just drive around through some other neighborhoods that we know of that do great light displays. Your local library may have story time, and some malls do it, also.

Richardson has a Santa's Village, free of charge. It is really cute and my kids love it.

We love driving through DeerField in Plano. The houses are all really big and nice with great decorations. One of them has their lights "dance" to music you can get through your radio.
