I just used daisyclean...(www.daisyclean.com) and LOVE them. I have a 2BR/2BA condo, and they charged me $70, and they brought most of their own stuff!!
I will use them 1x a month, wish I could afford them more!

The lady that has been cleaning our home twice each month for several years is very efficient, honest and dependable. Sounds like you have a few good options already but I'll add my recommendation to the mix. We live on the Northwest side of Chicago as well, and our part time nanny is also a private house cleaner (who cleans our house as well). Apart from being AMAZINGLY efficient and detail oriented, she is completely trustworthy, speaks English, and doesn't break or ruin things, or put things away in weird places where you will never find them again. She will do exactly what you want and takes instruction well. I believe she is in your price range. Bottom line, we went through a few different services/house cleaners who were only ok (you know, missed cleaning in the corners, didn't move things to clean behind them, etc.) which is what we thought was all we could expect, until our nanny mentioned in a polite way that their sub-par work was unacceptable by her standards. She's cleaned our house every week since then while the baby naps and it is such a nice peace of mind and quality of life.
