My three years old started going to daycare two months ago, and i notice her bowl movement has been change since she started daycare. She didn't go for the first coupe days, and then she only go at home. Lately, she has been able to go almost everyday, but the time is different evey time. But her stool has been very hard, and she said her poo stuck in her butt and she need to push hard. Today she even has slightly blood when i wiped her butt after she poo. I started to concern about it, and we are trying to feed her more veggie and give her an apple after dinner and even give her plum juice.
I think it's the diet change cause the problem. She used to eat lot of veggie when she was tended by my mom and eating fruit regularly.
Do you have any suggestion?

Yes, it's probably related to the diet change.

You're doing the right thing by offering her more fruits and veggies. Plum, pear and prune juices are great, and so is water. If that doesn't help, you could try giving her some mineral oil and/or Miralax (it's what my daughter's specialist recommended for her, and it works).

raisins help too. I would also suggest getting your daughter up early enough in the morning so that she has time to just sit on the potty and read in the morning. I am wondering if she holds it all day and makes things worse.
If she learns to relax on the potty in the morning after a nice breakfast maybe you can get her into a routine.

Raisin bran for breakfast helps. So does eating a few prunes. My kids love them :)

Check daily with her teachers at the daycare to find out what she has been served, and what of it she has eaten that day. Then try to fill in at home with whatever you feel she is missing from her diet. Daycares have nutritional guidelines to follow, and if they are not following them well, this will give them a "heads up" to do their job better. But you can't depend on them to be feeding the diet she needs in particular if she needs more fruit and veggies than their guidelines require.
It also may be that she just is too busy with friends at daycare to eat as she should. This is something neither you nor the daycare teacher can control. You both can encourage, but when a child is distracted it's sometimes difficult to get them to eat what they should.

By all means, try to solve the problem with food, beverages, and probiotics. But if those don't work, my daughter's doctor recommended we use Metamucil cookies and they work very well. They're sold at most pharmacies. About 1/3 -1/2 cookie would be the right amount for your daughter. Just make sure she drinks lots of water when she eats the cookie.

apples, apple juice, apple sauce, peanut butter with apples for snack. and lots of water.

basically, apples are amazing! whenever my kids were a bit "clogged", that's what i did. it worked every time. i would also take chemical laxatives with a grain of salt. they have the potential to throw off her electrolytes and cause diarrhea and dehydration.

she's probably responding to the diet change and new environment.

We were told recently by my doctor whose husbnd is a pedi doctor, that drinking white grape juice is good for a child t help move the bowls.
You can make sure there is fruit wit her breakfast before se goes to care. I know several children that have a hard time with using the bathroom anyplace but home because it iss safer, more comfortable not to worry if someone hears or to hear other children going. Good Luck and I hope her little body relaxes soon.

Pear Juice.
That is what a Pediatric Gastroenterologist suggested to us, for our Daughter.
That and whole apple juice... the unfiltered kind.
And yes, Prunes. Not a whole bunch or she will get her poo TOO soft and diarrhea.

My daughter was completely cured of constipation issues by taking daily probiotics--found in the cold section at Whole foods. They make chewables or powder form for kids.
