Aahahahahha!
Well girlies, I'm making a 5 hour drive to go help my dad recover after having his successful, emergency hernia surgery last night. He was so sure he was going to die, he's never had a surgery in his life and hates doctors. He's had this bulging hernia for an entire year, such a stubborn man! I talked him down, talked to docs on the phone, it's all good (gotta love technology when you just cant be there)
Anyway, I'm going down to his place for a few days to BABY him and get him on his feet.
Sorry bout my sarcastic title, but for some reason I just couldnt resist ;) Yep, Grandma's can be sassy too.

Yeah, men in recovery can be babies sometimes, but you'll get him through it.

Hope your dad has a speedy recovery! Men are little boys in big boy bodies! My dad has this a couple of years ago, and you would have thought he was the first to ever have surgery and that his recovery or lack thereof was "special".
I'm so glad your dad is okay!! Yeah, it's hard to get men to step up and handle a problem before it gets to Defcon 5! (Or is it Defcon 1? I get mixed up between the two!)
