This is the answer for all the 'could i be pregnant questions': Go buy a few dollar store tests and test away! That way you save money and can stop wondering:)
So I am 4 days late, and I was wondering what you all thought are of me possibly being pregnant. My husband had a vasectomy almost 5 years ago, and I am 4 days late. (yes I have been faithful and he did his check up after surgery liike he was supposed to). If I don't start tomorrow I am tempted to buy a test. I have been tracking my periods for years use an app on my phone, it has been accurate to the day I am supposed to start. Help please with any advice.
So a few response ask why I track my period because I have bad PMS and take meds around the time I ovulate to calm my mood. Also I am still young only 31. I guess I will just buy a test.

I would throw caution to the wind and buy a test at the dollar store.
Yes, there are always possibilities.... a gentleman in my Adult Sunday School class had that happen...... they had a child many years post-vasectomy!
However, as we women age, our periods may change, also....... You don't mention your age, but things can change as we age.
I doubt you are pregnant. Why do you track your periods since he's had a vasectomy? I mean, wow, it's been FIVE years.
I doubt youre pregnant but anything is possible. Are you hoping to be? Sounds like it :)
My husband had a vasectomy five years ago, but I also track my periods. Not because I worry I might be pregnant, but because I don't want to plan a beach vacation or a romantic getaway and end up on my period. I thought all women tracked their periods. The doctor always asks if my cycles are regular etc...
Anyway, your period could be off if you have been sick, if you have been exercising heavily, or if you have been dieting. Or your body could be changing with age. It wouldn't hurt to take a test, just in case.
It's highly unlikely that you're pregnant. As we age our bodies change. And our environment also affects our periods. For example more exercise or increased stress can alter our patterns. Just because you've been "on time" for years does not mean that you will always be "on time."
Have u been excersising? Changing ur diet? Those are indications of starting late or early. Plus if your getting ready for change of life too it can mess with periods and the highest one stress. I don't think u are.
Why not just get a pregnancy test and find out?
I do know of a couple of post vasectomy babies, but they were born like, 40 years ago. It doesn't happen very often.
Just get a test.
My periods were never regular. I went without one for 6 to 8 months at a time. Never pregnant. Even after a hysterectomy, if my breasts got a little tender, I felt like I had "symptoms" which were completely psychosomatic.
I'm not sure why you would track your periods so much after many years of your husband having a vasectomy. If your are hoping you can have another baby, your mind and body may be playing tricks on you.
Just take a test and be sure. Get it over with.
my husband has a cousin who is the product of a 14 yr old vasectomy,......good luck
I had a coworker who received an extra blessing post-vasectomy. It can happen.
