I am making my own juices at home. I wanted add some veggies as well and so far they are liking it. The problem is that I cant find a good blend to cover the Parsley green taste. The dont mind the colors. Just that Parsley is dominating the drink. Whats a good citrus or other fruit to cover this? They dont mind the beet one as much but that also is getting a little disapproving looks and yucky faces.

What can I do next?

try using italian parsley (the flat leafed one) instead of regular parsley. it's not so strongly flavored.

I also hate beets, but know they are so good for us. I put in some soy milk, banana and protein powder.

My favorite mix is (a lot, lol) cucumber, celery, beet, carrot, lemon, apple- to that I add my choice of greens, romain, kale, parsley ect. Sometimes it is only one type of green, sometimes all three. If my beet greens are still looking perky I add those too. Another great combo is orange, lemon, celery, cucumber cranberry and apple. Or Orange, lemon, pineapple, mango and celery.

Try juicing your veggies and then adding the juice and whole fruits to the blender to make a smoothie. That can make it alot more palatable!
