I would find another daycare and then report the matter or spread the word to other parents. That's my take on it.
My 3.5 year old son has been attending the same daycare in ladson since he turned one.in the past few months i have been getting complaints about my son playing in the restroom with other boys.after checking into the situation i found out that the daycare also allows the boys to go to the restroom two by two.my son has picked up some very disturbing behavior that he only displays at the daycare.i was also told by one of the employees there that one of the teachers in my sons class get in the childrens faces and yells.i guess she feels that she can get away with this because she's the owner daughter.these are three year old children.after having a discussion with the teacher she told me and i quote "if i don't like whats being said you can take your son,he's dismissed".i'm worried for the other children there because they have no voice to speak up against an adult.i know that my baby can be a little mischievous.thats how most three year olds are.the daycare is not really a bad daycare, but not everyone has patience to deal with children that age and in large groups.what do you think?

Run do not walk out! Your child should never we yelled at at daycare. What a terrible situation to have to deal with. What a good Mom you are to pay attention and get him out!!!
I pray you find the perfect setting for him. All three year olds are busy and they pick up good and bad stuff from others. I am sure in the right setting he will be just great.

You have to report that! I worked in a day care, here's the website, look them up, and see if they have complaints, and it doesn't matter, you should report this and let the state check them out. I hope it helps.

My son is 2 (almost 3yrs) so I can totally relate to bad bathroom behavious with boys cause my son does that with a couple of our friend's kids. But being allowed to do that at a day car is sill and irresponsible! As far as yelling at the kids-that is a big no no!! You need to find another place for your son and call SC state as well to file a complaint. Here is a link for the DSS offices. I'm pretty sure you are in Horry county (we used to live in MB). If you contact the local DSS office, they sould be able to give you contact in for for the State to file a complaint. http://dss.sc.gov/content/about/counties/index.aspx
In the mean time, start looking for another day care!
Good luck!
