P.S.
I got one for my daughter and she was very pleased. It looked strange, but WORKS ! I believe it was from Bed, Bath and Beyond or Crate and Barrel and they both have websites.
I tried to find a degreasing pitcher on the internet and couldn't find any. Does any one know of a good brand?(and a store or web site where I can get it)? Do they work?
I usually refrigerate the gravey and take of the fat off then, but sometimes you want to do it right away! (i.e. for dinner in 5 minutes)

Hey C. --
I think your problem is one of nomenclature, which is why your search came up blank -- they are more commonly called fat separaters...here's a whole bunch. I have one at home and I use it all the time!
