I had a friend just get 3 root canals done in Mexico (by Yuma) 1/3 of the price, and VERY clean place.. Look in to it.
Hi,
My poor husband has been in pain for the last few days, went to our dentist and was told he needed 3 root canals for over $2100 (WITH INSURANCE!!) I dont even know how thats possible since hes a freak about his teeth..
I am trying to find a dentist that accepts payments (not setting up thru an credit card co since our credit is poor) but someone that will take a money weekly or monthly or somewhere that is low cost/dental school so he can get this taken care of? any suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance

Hi, L. -
I have two-year-old twin girls!
Sorry your poor hubby is in pain. My sister has a similar situation (her having absolutely no dental insurance, though) and they use Western Dental. She tells me they are reasonably priced, and have some kind of in-house payment plan. I think they have a bunch of locations.
Good luck!
My husband and kids have both been the AT Still University in Mesa Dental Clinic and we were happy with their service. Website is here: http://www.atsudental.com/home/
Hi L.,
There is a dental school in Mesa. It's A.T. Sill University. They charge about half what a regular dentist does, but I don't know how they work with insurance or if your insurance will accept their work.
Thanks,
E.
Hi L.! My husband & I are in the same situation as you. We have been going to the A.T. Still School of Dentistry. Its at 5855 E. Still Cir. Mesa (Recker/Baseline) ###-###-#### is the clinic #, if you call they also have an emergency #. My husband & I are both going for 1/3 of the cost at our old dentist and we both need alot of work done. They are really good to work with you on services and nothing is done without instructor approval. Good Luck!
Hi L.,
My brother is an orthodontist student at A.T. Still and they really do great work. I believe they also accept insurance as well.
try Dr. Arthur Novelly in the Lakes. He is very honest. He can tell if that is what is needed.
I will pray for your husband and your financial payment plan to work out for your benefit.
Take care,
K.
I'm sorry to hear about you husbands dental problems. I'm not sure where you got your quote from, but I would suggest getting prices from a few different endodontists. I used to work for Southwest Dental Group, they tend to have less expensive fees when it comes to dental work. I would try their endo department and see if they are less expensive, plus you might be able to do financing through them.
Good luck:)
Hi,
I had a similar experience--needing 2 root canals for over $3000. I went to western dental and they were able to do a filling instead of a root canal on one tooth and set me up with a reasonable payment plan. I had to wait a while on my first appointment because I was a new patient but all other appointments I have had no wait. I went to the one in chandler on Arizona Ave. I recommend Dr. Becker, she is very kind and gentle.
