You might wish to try to Pampers Baby Dry (designed for, well, keeping them dry) as opposed to the Cruisers (which are designed for movement/crawling/walking). Also, go up one size for overnights.
I have seen this request posted several times, so I apologize for asking again. I am having trouble with leaking diapers at night. I switched from the Sam's Club brand to Pampers Cruisers, and every other night my son is leaking. I never had this trouble with my daughter, so maybe it is a boy's thing. Any advice on good diapers, or does anyone use plastic pants, and if so, where can you find them? I am tired of my son waking up soaking wet.....

My rule of thumb was always to go up a size whenever they leaked. I used this rule instead of the "weight chart" to determine size change. I can count on my hand how many leaks I've had per kid.
Overnights brand diapers are the only reliable solution I found.
I was having the same problem with my 10 month old. Every morning I would have to change the sheets and it's such a pain with the crib bumper, etc. I just went up to the next size. Even though they looked big, I think the extra diaper helped absorb the pee. He still wore the smaller one during the day, but the next size at night. Hope this helps, it's worth a try.
Hi N.,
Our 2nd is a boy and this problem was new to me...I found Huggies Overnights work great. They're just like a diaper but extra extra absorbant. He usually wears Kirkland Diapers during the day b/c Pampers and other brands seem to irritate his skin...these are not a problem. I have to really look hard to find them at Target - they have tons of pull ups but only one short row of these each time - I usually buy 5 packages at a time so I don't have to hunt them down.
Good luck and I totally understand your boo hoo on the preschool...my first turned 4 today and started preschool last fall...every time I want to pull my hair out I think about how fast time is flying and how quickly each stage passes.
When my son did this we went up 2 sizes in diapers. One size just didn't seem to work. They will look huge but it does the job.
We also used pampers cruisers.
Good Luck!
