Hi M.,
You got so many responses. I didn't read them all so I may be repeating someone.
I buy mine at tushies.com
They are not bleached, and don't have some nasty harmful chemicals that can cause all kinds or serious problems, I consider my daughters and sons private areas so worth the money to pay extra for whipies and diapers that do not have harmful chemicals (the gel they use to keep the diaper dry has been proved to cause a lot of problems mostly in boys, you can research it.)
There's also 7th generation and some other brands. I like both 7th gen and tushies. I get tushies in the mail and always get coupons for organic baby food too.
They don't hold as well since they don't have chemicals when I ran out and chose to wait to reorder since we were leaving town for 10 days I used regular pampers and both of my kids instantly broke out in rashes, little dots and irritation. The diapers actually stink from the chemicals when you take them out of the bag.

I swear by Pampers, from Swaddlers to Cruisers and up. I've never had any luck with Huggies either, they always seem too small.
Good luck!

We used Pampers for the most part when our son was little. We had too much leakage no matter what we did with Huggies. Then we tried the generic Wal-Mart brand and believe it or not, loved it.

I agree with many of the other moms that Pampers work very well, but Target's work great too. A few months back I started to use the Target brand during the day and the Pampers at night. We have no leaks and can save $$ too. I believe the price difference is 7-9 dollars per box! It adds up so fast!

Have you tried Costco brand diapers and wipes yet? They are very good. But of course you must have a membership - or know someone who has one who would be willing to accompany you to shop there. Good luck.

Ive used pampers, or luvs and they are both good. I also use the aldi brand and they are not bad. For over night i use "Huggies over nights" brand. I have a 2 year old boy and no leaks so far. Daytime i stick with pampers or luvs. luvs are a lttle cheaper but work well.

We used Pampers swaddlers for when my kids were infants, and now use the cruisers. We have not had many problems. My daughter at night wears the Huggies, night time and they could hold anything. Good luck!

I only used Pampers with my kids. I am a huge coupon user and I only bought when they were on sale so with the sale and the coupon the price was not bad.
I have both a girl and a boy who used them and we never had any issues with leakage.
Hope this helps.

Diapers work differntly with individual babies/toddlers depending on their body type as well boys vs. girls who wet differently etc.. Personally I think Luvs works really well, they seem to hold gallons! I use Huggies Overnights on my son at night time and they work better then anything I have ever used. I will also put him in those if we are going to be taking a long trip and I won't be able to change him as often.

I am switching to all cloth (which i love) but as far as disposable i LOVE Kirkland diapers!!! (costcos brand) They are like $30 for around 230 diapers also thier wipes are great! They arenot like other "refills" they each have thier own lids type of thing so you never lose any due to drying out

I started my daughter out with Pamper Swaddlers then Pamper Cruisers when she moved up in size. From about 4-6 months old, she started wearing Huggies Overnights at night. However, when she was a year old, I switched to Huggies Supreme because I liked the way they fit her better. I really haven't experienced any problems, but I change her dipaer every two hours or so. You don't say what problem you're having, but if it's leakage, maybe you need to go to the next size up for during the day and/or try the Overnite diapers for nightime.

hi, i hated the huggies - they are so thin and not well made. after trying many brands, i found two that worked best for us - pampers and targets own brand but i don't know that target makes their own any more. both of those were really thick and absorbent. good for them and good for me if i couldn't get myself "up" for yet another changing diaper at that exact moment! exhausting... :) hang in there. you've got a lot to handle...

I use Luvs for my son now that they have the stretchy sides like huggies. If I go up 1 size for night time he rarely wets through. Occasionally wet through during the day but usually that is when I am at work and my husband is with him :) I have tried Walmart and Target brands and Pampers and these work just as well in my opinion.

We use the Target Brand. We started with Huggies, then we went to the Members Mark from Sams. The target brand is cheaper than Sams and I can go. I do not have a Sams Club of my own, my husband would have to always go.

Hi M.-
We have used Pampers since my daughter was born. (Swaddlers, now Cruisers) We didn't like the pampers dry fit...we like the swaddlers and cruisers.
We have had no problems. The best place to get them is in bulk at babies r us. We usually wait till we get the $5 off coupon in the mail because that's the best deal...it's $5 off unlimited boxes!
Pampers also has a rewards system you can collect points that you cash in on books, toys, and gift certificates. http://pampers.eprize.net/giftstogrow/index.tbapp?page=_h... Through your sign up on line, you also get coupons in the mail...we've never used them towards diapers because even with these coupons the babies r us deal is way better.

We have always been LOYAL Pampers users but Lately my son has been peeing SO MUCH at night. We recently forgot our diaper bag while at church late one night. A lady let us have a Luvs diaper and my son didn't leak that night. We had tried luvs before and weren't satisfied I bought the size bigger than what my son wears of luvs and they are the ONLY diapers he doesn't leak in.
My mom bought a pack of Pampers Cruisers and I hated them. After one pee it feels so full!
When potty training we used Huggies Pull-Ups. They were much better and easier for my son to get on and off by himself than the pampers Easy ups.
Good luck!

I've tried numerous brands, and have 3 recent babies, so I think I'm pretty up-to-date on what's out there. I do agree with most of the other comments...Pampers are best for my kids too, with no leakage. I now use the Costco brand because they have a money-back guarantee that if they're not as good as Pampers, they will refund your money. I've been using Costco brand for 3 years now, and they are the best, as far as I'm concerned...and the price can't be beat! It was worth getting the Costco membership just on the money we saved on diapers and formula and wipes alone! Good luck!

I like pampers but I also wanted to tell you that diapers.com is a great website for ordering them. THey have all brands and different products too like lotions, diaper rash cream, etc. Free shipping and no tax. Then you get some credit from them and get that much off your next order. It can't be beat.

Hi M.,
We use cloth diapers (I know that's not what you were asking), but use disposables at night.
We use Walmart's brand White Cloud. I am really happy with them in terms of not leaking. I did try the Target brand and found that my little guy woke up with a wet onsie every morning. I have friends that swear by the Walgreen's brand, but I haven't tried them.
I have really found that the most expensive is not always the best diaper to use.
